Leon Von Haselberg (DAYO), is a Music Producer, Mix and Mastering Engineer, and Freelance Composer for Film and TV. Having played piano from a young age, music has been his lifelong passion, paving a natural path into a career in Music Production/Composition.

 

Familiarising himself with a variety of DAW's in early 2016, (FL Studio, Logic, Abelton), he has since become extremely efficient with Logic Pro, and very comfortable with Fruity Loops. Though initially his focus was on working with up and coming artists - ranging from Hip-Hop, Grime and Trap, to NeoSoul, RnB, House and UK Garage - his aspirations have since shifted towards the world of bespoke composition for media.

 

Having just started his journey into this realm of the industry, he is in the process of establishing himself, and building a libary of demonstrative works to showcase his abilities (see below). Though he feel confident in most genre's, and enjoys the challenges of working in new styles, his strenghths lie in electronic dance music (House, Techno, UK Garage), RnB/Neo Soul, and Hip Hop/Rap related genres (RnB, Trap, Drill, Jazz Rap etc).

After work experience stints at various Soundhouses in London, where he was able to showcase some of his work to supervisors, his abilites were, in turn, recognised, and has since been asked to pitch for ad campaigns of several big name clients. He has since become very proficient in working under tight deadlines, delivering fast turnovers without compromising the quality of music.
